🔹 1. Donations
All donations made to the Trust are voluntary in nature. Hence, donation amounts are generally non-refundable.
🔹 2. Membership Fee
Once paid, the membership fee is non-refundable under normal circumstances.
🔹 3. Incorrect Payment
In case of any incorrect payment due to a technical error or mistake, you may contact the Trust within 7 days of the transaction. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed accordingly.
🔹 4. Duplicate Payment
If a payment is made twice for the same transaction, the extra amount may be refunded after proper verification.
🔹 5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI/Bank) within 7–10 working days.
